Rooms and Suites

We regularly receive high marks for the quality and cleanliness of our rooms and suites. They are well appointed, spotless, and provide home-like comfort. The bedroom units contain either an ocean view private balcony or a lawn-level patio. Our suites are quite spacious and have fireplaces, private balconies, on the 2nd and 3rd levels, or lawn level walk-out patios. There are full sized kitchens and separate bedrooms. Enjoy elbow room, cushy furniture, books to read and games to play.

Rates

Standard Bedroom Unit These rooms are similar to normal motel rooms in size and each contains a private ocean view balcony or lawn level walkout patio. There are one or two beds, a coffee maker, hair dryer, and cable TV with VCR/DVD player. Some units have a small refrigerator and a microwave oven.	$119
Bedroom with Kitchenette (1 to 2 persons) All of the advantages of a bedroom unit plus a small kitchen	$119
Bedroom with Jacuzzi Tub (1 to 2 persons) A standard bedroom unit containing a Jacuzzi Bath	$139
One Bedroom Suite (1 to 4 persons) As described above, this unit contains a home-sized living room complete with sleeper-sofa, dining area and table, a fireplace, a TV with VCR/DVD player and a private balcony or lawn patio. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, electric oven, microwave oven, standard sized refrigerator, coffee maker, and generous counter and food preparation space. The bedroom is separate and most have a queen bed. Sometimes king beds are available. There is even an assortment of books and games.	$179
Two Bedroom Suites (1 to 8 persons) The same one bedroom suite described above connected to a standard bedroom unit	$278

Pets

Dog-friendly rooms and suites are available on request. The nightly pet fee is $15. A portion of pet fees go to our local humane society.

Cribs

Cribs are complimentary on availability.

Gift certificates make wonderful gifts. Please call 1-800-219-9833 or stop by our front desk. We can mail these, complete with Breakers and area information, to the persons of your choice at no additional charge.

Room rates subject to change during special Long Beach events.
Ask about seasonal specials for our lowest mid-week and seasonal rates.
We must pay governmental taxes totaling 10.8% for all room rentals. When figuring the total cost of our rooms please add 10.8%.
